MERRILL, Wis. – Jessica Saperstein has been appointed to the Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. (a stock insurer)1 Board of Directors. She will replace Director Marsha Lindsay, who will retire from the Board in May 2024. Saperstein will be up for re-election at that time.
“I am excited to work with Church Mutual as a member of the Board of Directors,” said Saperstein. “I look forward to using my background in customer experience to help fuel Church Mutual’s growth long into the future.”
Saperstein is the chief customer experience officer at Voya Financial. In her role, Saperstein is responsible for optimizing customer journeys, experiences, insights and analytics, while infusing the voice of the customer into the company’s strategy and operations.
Over the course of her career, Saperstein has established customer experience and marketing functions at multiple organizations. Prior to joining Voya, she served as head of marketing and customer experience for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she was head of global strategy at Avis Budget Group, and also led strategy, business development and customer experience at ADP. Earlier in her career, she served as a strategy consultant focused on customer-driven growth across industries.
Saperstein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. She earned her Master of Business Administration in marketing from Columbia Business School.
