Kshitij Kohli joined Church Mutual as a database administrator in April 2010 and was promoted to senior database administrator in November 2012. In December 2013, he was named advisory database administrator and in September 2015, advisory new application developer. Kohli was promoted to IT people manager in February 2016, and advisory IT people manager in May 2018. In October 2018, Kohli was named advisory IT application development manager and was promoted to director of strategic alignment in May 2020 and assistant vice president – IT application development and integration in April 2022. Kohli was promoted to his current role in October 2024. His responsibilities include developing and implementing Church Mutual’s technology strategy.
Kohli earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Kurukshetra University in India, a master’s degree in computer science from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from Carlson School of Management-University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Kohli currently serves on the Aspirus grants committee through Aspirus Health in Wausau, Wisconsin.
He is a member of the Hindu Temple of Northeast Wisconsin in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
