Position Summary:

The Insurance Sales Representative - Senior Living Specialist shall sell, service, and retain new and existing contracts of insurance offered by Church Mutual in the senior living and independent living market segment. Territory will include the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Individual must live in an area that can effectively service this territory. All activities, closed sales, and renewal results will be reported in a prescribed manner by the Representative to the Manager. Performance shall be measured against assigned sales objectives in all product lines and in business profitability. Salary, commission, and sales incentives provided. Company car and expenses furnished.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous insurance sales experience is not required, but an understanding of senior assisted and independent living facilities structure and operation is necessary. Must be computer literate. A willingness to travel with frequent overnight stays is required. An ability to communicate orally and in writing at all levels, both inside and outside, is a must. A strong desire to succeed and a sincere desire to meet and work with people are essential.
